Shovel Separator
Two-in-one solution: grabbed material can be easily separated into fine, loosened and coarse components.
Even the loading itself is not a problem with the shovel separator. It’s as easy as it gets!
The use of the sieve shovel is perfect to strain out construction rubble. Afterwards, separated materials can be reutilized again.
The separator is also designed for the processing of soil. Soils, which are heavy, wet and cohesive, can be grinded and loosened.
The adjustable sieve area can be used in very sandy soil (granulation of 0-15 mm), but also for soil stabilization (granulation of 0-70 mm)
RSS dosing device
For the production of liquid soil, SkanCraft optionally offers the RSS dosing device.
This device can be attached to the separator and allows adding aggregates (e.g. lime).
Afterwards, the soil only has to be liquified.
Technical features
The spaces between each rotor are constantly cleaned by rounded blades and counter-blades, as well as laterally with wiper elements.
Processing of humus
Coarse-grained humus can be sieved and grinded (the ideal sieving is 0–30 mm).
During this process, stones and woods are sieved and individual tubers and smaller roots are grinded.
You will also receive ideal mixing results when mixing other aggregates (e.g. sand, soil, granulates).
Further applications
In cable and pipeline constructions, the excavation material will also be separated with the help of the shovel separator. Here, the proportion of fines from the excavation material will be separated and filled back directly into the pipeline. The finest granulation for this is 0-15mm.
